Posted by Way back in 2019 at the D23 Expo in Anaheim, Disney held their first ever Simpsons meet and greet. This was the first time the characters appeared at a public Disney event after they purchased the franchise as part of the Fox deal. Rumor has it the costumes and performers inside were borrowed from Universal Studios Hollywood (which has a Simpsons-themed land and ride). Only Homer, Marge, and Maggie appeared.
