Today I’ll be taking a look at the differences between the 2017 and 2025 releases of Henry in is Country Bear Jamboree Vacation Hoedown outfit. These were both released at Tokyo Disneyland. Anyone who knows me is aware I consider Country Bear Jamboree Vacation Hoedown to be the best Disney attraction of all time, so I 100% needed both of these.

The 2025 version is on the left and the original 2017 release is on the right. First of all the 2025 release gives Henry his signature guitar from the show. A nice addition! We can also see that the color of Henry’s fur is different between releases, with the original having a lighter milk chocolate brown. Henry’s hat is also a dull green for 2017 version, while the 2025 has a shine too it. Another change I noticed is in 2017 Henry’s feet were a bit sideways, while 2025’s is straight forward. Both camp t-shirts still show Henry’s belly, because they “still fit, kinda.”

Looking at the back, 2025 henry has a Tokyo Disney Resort tag, while 2017 has the full name of the show, Country Bear Theater Vacation Jamboree, with the Tokyo Disneyland logo underneath it. I like the 2017 version much more in this regard. Sammy, or Randy as he’s known in Vacation show, has a tail that turns right on the 2017 plush, while the tail goes straight up on 2025 Henry.

Finally we will take a look at the tags. The 2017 Henry has a fantastic tag with the Vacation Jamboree logo.

The 2025 version has a tag with a wall of legal text. It’s also worth pointing out the 2017 Henry was made in the Philippines, while 2025 was made in Vietnam.
I hope you enjoy this post for Yuucanium‘s Country Bear Advent Calendar for more Country Bear Jamboree posts from other fans.
